Job summary

Harry's Seafood Bar & Grille in Saint Augustine, FL is seeking a full-time Prep Cook to join our kitchen team. You will prepare recipes, batch items, and maintain a clean, organized station while following safety and sanitation standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of food preparation experience, knowledge of cooking procedures, and a team-focused attitude. Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of food preparation experience.
• Experience with quantity food preparation preferred.
• Strong teamwork and positive attitude.

Major Responsibilities Include

• Prepare recipes and batch items according to Harry's standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area/station
• Follow all safety and sanitation practices
• Complete other duties as assigned by manager on duty

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of food preparation experience required
• Experience with quantity food preparation preferred
• General knowledge of cooking procedures, weights and measurements.
• Demonstrate cooking skills and ability to follow established menus and recipes
• Ability to work effectively within a team with a positive attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to all company specs and quality standards.
• Demonstrating a high level of organization, cleanliness and a sense-of-urgency.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work days, nights, weekends & holidays.
• Stable work history.
