Job summary

Arcis Golf is seeking a dedicated kitchen team member at White Columns Country Club in Milton, GA. You will assist in preparing and producing food for all food and beverage areas, maintain clean, organized cooking stations, and help ensure high-quality presentations and timely service.

You will work closely with food and beverage staff, follow food safety procedures, and contribute to a collaborative team environment while supporting guests and members with attentive service.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of cooking experience required.
• Know food safety processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and production of food items for all food and beverage areas.
• Responsible for setup, cleanup, and organization of all cooking stations with proper supplies, products, and equipment.
• Prepare menu items in cooperation and collaboration with food and beverage staff.
• Ensure attractive, consistent presentations of food items.
• Accommodate customer requests promptly.
• Assist with stocking and setting up the kitchen stations.
• Have the ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Have the ability to work on your feet for long periods.
• Prepare food for service (e.g., chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
