Job summary

Harry's Seafood Bar & Grille in Gainesville, FL is seeking an Experienced Line Cook to join our kitchen team. You will prepare dishes to our standards, maintain a clean station, and follow safety and sanitation practices.

The role requires at least 1 year of food prep experience, the ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Training is provided, with opportunities for growth within the restaurant.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of food preparation experience required.
• Experience with quantity food preparation preferred.
• General knowledge of cooking procedures, weights and measurements.
• Demonstrate cooking skills and ability to follow established menus and recipes.
• Ability to work effectively within a team with a positive attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to all company specs and quality standards.
• Demonstrating a high level of organization, cleanliness and a sense-of-urgency.
