Monroechamber in Germantown, WI is seeking an Assembler for the 2nd shift to assemble LED lighting components and sub-assemblies. You will operate hand and power tools, perform inspections, and maintain accurate records to ensure quality.

The role requires reading work instructions, basic math, and the ability to work on a team in a manufacturing setting. Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds is needed.

• Basic math and measurement skills.

Responsabilités

• Assemble LED lighting components and sub-assemblies according to work instructions and engineering specifications.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and light machinery safely and efficiently.
• Perform visual and functional inspections to ensure product quality.
• Follow standardized work procedures and safety guidelines.

• Identify and report defects, equipment issues, or process concerns.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area (5S standards).
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.

Position Title: Assembler Wage: $18.50/hour Shift: 2nd Hours: 3:15pm-11:15pm Location: Germantown, WI.

Assembler Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assemble LED lighting components and sub-assemblies according to work instructions and engineering specifications
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and light machinery safely and efficiently
• Perform visual and functional inspections to ensure product quality
• Follow standardized work procedures and safety guidelines
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation
• Identify and report defects, equipment issues, or process concerns
• Maintain a clean and organized work area (5S standards)
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals

Assembler Requirements:

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
• Previous retail or fast-food restaurant experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions and basic technical documents
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Frequent use of hands for assembling small components
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds as needed
• Good vision (with or without correction) for detailed assembly work
• Manufacturing/production floor environment
• Exposure to light machinery and assembly equipment
• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
