We are seeking Licensed Estheticians who are looking for a long-term role in a stable and positive environment. Hand & Stone provides high-quality, result-driven facial treatments delivered in a supportive environment. Our menu has expanded to include the latest advancements in skincare, such as LED Skin Phototherapy, NuFACE microcurrent, dermal infusion, microdermabrasion, and chemical peels.

Our Estheticians enjoy the opportunity to build treatment plans that incorporate these progressive options. Professionals can develop repeat business through our membership model.

As a key team member, your expertise in skincare and product knowledge will be vital to creating an outstanding customer experience. We provide all supplies and handle appointment bookings so you can focus on your clients. Ongoing education is offered through our Education on Demand platforms.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level services
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on clients' skincare goals
• Participate in hands-on training, workshops, and webinars
• Achieve sales goals as outlined by management
• Create a friendly and helpful experience for members/guests
• Generate new clientele through referrals and memberships
• Maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas

Job Requirements:

• Strong retail and in-room upgrade record
• Must carry liability insurance
• Knowledge of all spa services and product lines related to Estheticians
