We are seeking a licensed Esthetician interested in a long-term role in a stable and positive environment. Hand & Stone offers high-quality, result-driven facial treatments such as LED Skin Phototherapy, NuFACE microcurrent, DiamondGlow, microdermabrasion, and chemical peels.

Our Estheticians develop treatment plans tailored to each client's skincare goals, incorporating progressive treatment options when appropriate. Building repeat business through our Membership model is key. Estheticians are vital to creating an outstanding spa experience with their skincare expertise and product knowledge. The spa provides all necessary supplies and manages appointment bookings, allowing Estheticians to focus on clients. Ongoing education and training are provided to support professional growth.

This is a part-time position with potential to become full-time.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent service to Members and guests through top-level treatments
• Design and prescribe personalized treatment plans based on client goals
• Participate in training sessions, workshops, and webinars
• Achieve sales goals set by Spa Management
• Create a positive experience for Members/guests with a friendly and helpful attitude
• Promote Member referrals and memberships to generate new clientele
• Maintain professionalism and cleanliness of treatment rooms and common areas

Job Requirements:

• Strong retail and in-room upgrade record
• Liability insurance coverage
• Knowledge of spa services and product lines related to Estheticians
