Responsibilities of an Esthetician

• Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working
• Carry Esthetics liability insurance
• Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations
• Provide a world-class client experience by performing top-level services
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including homecare regimens, based on individual skincare goals
• Create a welcoming experience through your friendly and helpful attitude
• Communicate effectively with clients, management, and staff
• Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership
• Participate in training, workshops, and webinars
