Job summary

Noor Inc. is seeking an experienced Director of Child Care approved by Texas Health & Human Services to join our team. You will support the current staff, manage scheduling and office supplies, bring positive communication to the team, and implement new strategies to grow and expand our outreach.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a deep understanding of child development and education, and experience managing staff. Working Hours, Monday-Friday 9am-6pm.

Qualifications

• Licensing/certification to perform this role.
• Experience working with children.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in education preferred.
• Experience managing a team.
• Deep understanding of childcare and education.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with county and state regulations, as well as Department of Education requirements.
• Manage staff scheduling and address interpersonal conflicts as they arise.
• Review and approve all printed materials, bulletin announcements, and newsletters.
• Plan extra-curricular activities, including in-house entertainment.
