The position is within our Commercial Litigation Department. At least 4 years current Civil-Business Litigation experience required. Applicant will join two current, full-time Legal Assistants in the Commercial Litigation Department. Attention to detail including case management deadlines and coordinating with other law firms and court personnel is a must. Skills needed include: typing 60 - 80 wpm, e-filing, scheduling and drafting correspondence and pleadings.
