This role requires expertise in residential heating and cooling equipment installations, including gas-fired furnaces, boilers, water heaters, central, ductless, and high-velocity air conditioners, ductwork, generators, and customer service. KEIL has been serving homeowners in Northern New Jersey for over a century and is experiencing growth. We install ductless, central, and high-velocity air conditioning systems, as well as gas and LP-fired furnaces, water and steam boilers, and whole-house generators.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead installation of gas furnaces, boilers, air conditioning systems, ductwork, water heaters, and generators according to KEIL standards.
- Perform start-up procedures for equipment installed.
- Maintain a customer-focused approach, engaging directly with homeowners positively.
- Use personal hand tools (a list provided by KEIL); large tools supplied by KEIL.
- Climb ladders safely and handle lifting of 100+ pounds regularly.
- Offer accessory items to homeowners confidently.
- Hold a valid New Jersey driver’s license with a clean record and have reliable transportation.
- Pass drug tests and background checks.
- Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
- HVAC technical school graduate.
- 3-5 years of residential lead installation experience.
- Relevant continuing education and certifications, including Universal Refrigeration, Gastite, and manufacturer-specific training.
- Customer communication skills.
