WHAT THIS LEAD HVAC INSTALLER JOB ENTAILS

Schedule:

This is a full-time position with overtime available. Some weekend work will be required, and your hours will be discussed in the interview!

Day-to-Day:

• Review project details and ensure the crew has the necessary tools and materials
• Lead residential and light commercial system installations, ensuring industry standards and customer satisfaction
• Train apprentices, troubleshoot issues, and delegate tasks efficiently
• Maintain a clean, professional worksite upon completion

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of HVAC installation experience
• EPA certification
• Strong leadership skills, including delegation and on-the-job training
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems and components
• Proficiency in soldering techniques
• NATE certification
