Qualifications

5+ years of HVAC installation experience required.
NATE Certification preferred within 1 year of hire.
3+ years of supervisory experience preferred.

We are in search of a talented and motivated Lead Commercial HVAC Installer to join our team! This role will oversee and lead the on-site installation of new commercial and industrial heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems, ductwork and piping systems according to the plans and specifications of each project.

Pay: Lead Commercial HVAC Installer Target Compensation $75k+, Top Pay for Top Talent
Compensation will depend on experience and will increase with skills and continued education. We are committed to providing the training and tools required to succeed!

Hours: 7:30am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday, occasional nights and weekends

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of HVAC installation experience
3+ years of supervisory and project management experience preferred
NATE Certified or obtain within 1 year of hire
Valid Driver's License and insurable driving record
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to travel as needed
