Job summary

Terra Nova Builds is seeking a hands-on individual to take up manual labor tasks and support Project Managers at our construction sites. You will monitor and maintain clean and safe working conditions, and work alongside our tradesmen to assist with day-to-day needs.

This full-time role includes benefits such as health insurance, a company vehicle, paid time off, and training opportunities. You will contribute to on-site organization, safety, and efficiency while learning our culture and growing

Qualifications

• Experience or education in the construction industry is preferred.
• Clean driving record and valid drivers license is required.
• Self-starting, entrepreneurial spirit.
• Self-Driven, ability to work unsupervised.
• Great personal skills.
• Familiarity with OSHA and safety standards.
• Eager to continually learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Oversee organization and maintenance of Terra Nova’s storage facility.
• Maintain clean and safe construction sites.
• Assist Project Managers with locking and unlocking worksites daily.
• Assist sub-contractors on site.
• Handle and transport construction material between job sites.
• Perform demolition and medium-duty construction tasks.
• Be able to properly hitch and transport a trailer.
• Utilize power tools and light machinery as required.

JOB DETAILS

PAY

$15 – $22 per hour (Varies based upon skills and experience)
