Job summary

Tap Healthcare Solutions in Seattle, WA, seeks an experienced Registered Nurse in Labor & Delivery to join Swedish First Hill's team. This is not an entry‑level role; the ideal candidate has at least one year of L&D experience and holds a WA RN license, BLS, and NRP.

You will provide specialized nursing care during labor, delivery, and the immediate perinatal period, collaborating closely with physicians and the maternal care team.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Current Washington RN License upon hire.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification upon hire.
• Current American Academy of Pediatrics NRP certification upon hire.
• Minimum 1 year of professional RN experience.
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience specifically within a Labor & Delivery environment.
• L&D rotations completed during nursing school do not count toward the required L&D experience.
• L&D residency program experience does not substitute for the required experienced-RN background.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care throughout labor, delivery, and the immediate perinatal period.
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and the maternal care team.
