Job summary

Geisinger is seeking an experienced Advanced Acute Care Inpatient RN (1+ years) to join our AAC units. The role offers a $41.00 minimum hourly rate with higher rates for experienced staff and up to $7 shift differentials for evenings, nights and weekends, plus a $24,000 hiring incentive for eligible candidates.

Responsibilities include assessing and planning patient care, coordinating with the interdisciplinary team, providing direct care, and promoting safety and patient satisfaction throughout

Qualifications

• 1+ years of inpatient RN experience.
• Graduate from Specialty Training Program-Nursing (Required).
• Ability to coordinate care with interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, perform and evaluate nursing activities to meet patient needs.
• Promote safety and maximize patient/family satisfaction during care.
• Coordinate patient care and communicate with physicians and staff.
• Support education and discharge planning throughout hospitalization.
