Responsibilities of an Infant Teacher

• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children.
• Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P curriculum using engaging characters to make learning fun.
• Build relationships with families and colleagues to create a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.
• Communicate regularly with parents about their children's progress through various channels, including mobile apps and personal discussions.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for the education and care of children.
• One year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months (required).
• An associate degree or higher in ECE or a related field (preferred) or a High School diploma/GED (required).
• Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Must meet state-specific guidelines for the role.
