Industrial Painter/Painter

Shift:1st or 2nd Shift

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focusedIndustrial Painter/Painterto join our team. This position requires attention to detail, safety awareness, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting through cleaning, sanding, grinding, and masking.
• Apply primers and industrial-grade paints using spray equipment (airless and HVLP).
• Ensure painted parts meet quality and finish standards.
• Mix coatings to correct ratios and maintain proper application techniques.
• Inspect completed work for thickness, coverage, and finish consistency.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including paint booth and equipment.
• Interpret and follow paint specs, drawings, and work orders.
• Work closely with fabrication and welding departments to meet production schedules.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in an industrial environment.

Preferred Qualifications
