Job summary

APEX Windows & Bath is seeking an experienced in-home sales representative who can connect with homeowners, identify needs, present solutions, and confidently ask for the sale. This role emphasizes pre-set appointments, professional consultations, and closing high-ticket home-improvement projects such as baths, showers, and window replacements.

Ideal candidates will have proven in-home remodeling sales experience, the ability to build rapport, and a track record of handling financing discussions

Qualifications

• Experience in in-home remodeling sales preferred.
• Experience in bath or window sales is a plus.
• Experience in home-improvement sales across roofing, HVAC, flooring, solar or related areas is helpful.
• Experience in one-call-close environments is advantageous.
• Experience with financing discussions and closing large-ticket sales is valued.

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional in-home consultations to identify homeowner needs and propose solutions.
• Present products, discuss financing options and handle objections to close sales.
• Build rapport with homeowners and turn opportunities into completed installations.
• Represent APEX Windows & Bath with professional conduct and product knowledge.

This isnot cold calling or door knocking.

APEX providescompany-generated, pre-set appointmentswith homeowners interested in improving their homes. Your job is to run a professional in-home consultation, help the homeowner find the right solution, and turn those opportunities into sales.

Who We're Looking For

We are especially interested in candidates with experience in:

• In-home remodeling sales
• Bath or window sales
• Roofing, HVAC, flooring, solar or other home-improvement sales
• One-call-close environments
• High-ticket consumer sales and financing

Home-improvement experience is preferred, but exceptional sales talent from other industries will be considered.

You should be comfortable building rapport, asking good questions, understanding what homeowners really want, presenting solutions, discussing financing, handling objections and asking for their business.
