Job summary

APEX Windows & Bath is seeking experienced, professional Sales Representatives who know how to connect with homeowners, identify needs, present solutions, and confidently ask for the sale. This role focuses on in-home consultations for baths and windows, with company-generated appointments and no cold calling.

Your success relies on building rapport, understanding homeowner desires, presenting ideal products, and guiding them through financing to close the sale.

Qualifications

• Experience in in-home remodeling sales.
• Bath or window sales background preferred.
• Experience with high-ticket consumer sales and financing.
• Comfortable working with home owners to identify needs and close deals.
• Home-improvement sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Experienced In-home Sales Representative

APEX Windows & Bath is looking for experienced, professional Sales Representatives who know how to connect with homeowners, identify their needs, present solutions, and confidently ask for the sale.

Our core business is Baths and Windows. APEX is the Largest Glass Dealer in the U.S. Southwest and has been a low-price leader for over 30 years.

This is not cold calling or door knocking.

APEX provides company-generated, pre-set appointments with homeowners interested in improving their homes. Your job is to run a professional in-home consultation, help the homeowner find the right solution, and turn those opportunities into sales.

• Bath and shower remodeling
• Tub-to-shower conversions
• Replacement windows

Who We’re Looking For

We are especially interested in candidates with experience in:

• In-home remodeling sales
• Bath or window sales
• Roofing, HVAC, flooring, solar or other home-improvement sales
• One-call-close environments
• High-ticket consumer sales and financing

Home-improvement experience is preferred, but exceptional sales talent from other industries will be considered.

You should be comfortable building rapport, asking good questions, understanding what homeowners really want, presenting solutions, discussing financing, handling objections and asking for their business.
