Kight's Quality Air in Indianapolis, IN is seeking an Experienced HVAC Technician for a full-time role. You will diagnose and repair HVAC systems on residential and light commercial calls, perform preventative maintenance, and build clear estimates for repairs and replacements using a tablet.

Qualifications

• Driver's license is required.
• EPA certification is required.
• 2+ years of HVAC experience.
• Ability to perform invoicing and create estimates on a tablet.
• Possess tools for the job; tool account is available.
• Experience with communication systems, boilers, geothermal, mini-splits, and light commercial work.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THIS ROLE

This is a full-time position, Monday–Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with on-call rotation, overtime opportunities, and daily dispatch directly to job sites from home. As our Experienced HVAC Technician, you'll head to residential and light commercial calls where you'll diagnose and repair HVAC systems, perform preventative maintenance, and build clear, accurate estimates for repairs, replacements, and add-on services, all while confidently communicating solutions to customers and documenting your work using a tablet.
