Energy Pro Heating & Cooling, based in Portsmouth, VA, is seeking an Experienced HVAC Technician. You will diagnose, repair, and service residential HVAC systems, ensuring safety and quality workmanship.

You will work 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with some on-call responsibilities. Overtime is available, and you may work every other Saturday to earn more. Our generous benefits package supports your growth and well-being.

Step into a rewarding career with Energy Pro Heating & Cooling as a full-time Experienced HVAC Technician in Portsmouth, VA.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?

You will work a steady 8:00 am - 5:00 pm shift, Monday through Friday, with some on-call responsibilities. Overtime is available, and you'll work every other Saturday, giving you both stability and the chance to earn more.

All that you need is:

• Physical hands-on experience servicing, diagnosing, and repairing residential HVAC systems
• EPA certification
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to maintain, repair, and replace residential split systems, package units, and ductless systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose heating and air conditioning equipment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Ability to serve the South Hampton Roads region

Preferred:

• NATE certification
• 3+ years of field service experience
• Experience answering customer questions, resolving complaints, and providing technical guidance

As an Experienced HVAC Technician, you will head out across South Hampton Roads in your company vehicle, ready to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and air conditioning systems. You will use your problem-solving skills to troubleshoot equipment, replace faulty parts, and make quality repairs. As you work, you will document your services, maintain accurate job records, and prioritize clear communication with every customer. You will answer their questions and provide multiple service recommendations to ensure their satisfaction.
