The role requires at least 5 years of hands-on HVAC experience, EPA certification, and a valid driver's license. The ideal candidate will diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, perform installations, and communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years HVAC field experience.
• Valid EPA certification.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Perform HVAC installations and equipment replacements.
• Complete preventative maintenance and system inspections.
• Explain repair recommendations and replacement options to customers.
• Ensure work meets applicable codes, safety standards, and company expectations.
• Maintain accurate service documentation and communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Help deliver an excellent customer experience from start to finish.
