Must have over three years experience in residential/light commercial diagnostic work. Positive, teachable attitude is a must. Physical health and ability is important. Will be required to occasionally lift heavy equipment and work in unconditioned spaces. Good interpersonal skills are essential. Need to be a team player, motivated to succeed, quick learner, respectful of fellow employees and management, and have good customer service skills. Ability to work independently, efficiently, and start jobs by yourself is essential.
