Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC service experience.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• EPA certification.
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints.
• Strong troubleshooting across residential HVAC equipment.
• Experience making repair-versus-replacement recommendations.
• Willingness to maintain and invest in HVAC tools.
• Strong customer-service and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and dependable, ownership of service calls.
• Preferred: experience with inverter-driven systems.

Responsabilités

• Service, maintain, diagnose, and repair residential air conditioning systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical, refrigeration, airflow, and control-system issues.
