Bob Heinmiller Air Conditioning in the Greater Orlando Area, FL, is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician. You will diagnose and repair residential air conditioning systems, read wiring diagrams, and work independently while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years HVAC service experience
• EPA certification
• Valid driver’s license with insurable record
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and blueprints

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain, diagnose, and repair residential air conditioning systems
• Troubleshoot electrical, refrigeration, airflow, and control-system issues
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, equipment specifications, and technical information
• Identify equipment problems and determine repair solutions
• Help customers understand repair versus replacement options
• Respond professionally to customer concerns and recommend practical solutions
• Maintain accurate service documentation and represent the company professionally on every call
• Continue developing technical knowledge through training and field experience

We have an immediate opening for an experienced HVAC Service Technician. We are looking for a self-motivated technician who can work independently, communicate well with customers, and confidently diagnose and repair residential air conditioning systems.

Compensation

• $27.00-$39.00 per hour, based on experience, technical ability, and performance
• Additional earning potential based on performance

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. Technicians must also be available to participate in an on-call rotation as scheduled.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of HVAC service experience
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• EPA certification
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
• Strong troubleshooting skills across a variety of residential HVAC equipment
• Experience making repair-versus-replacement recommendations
• Willingness to maintain and invest in the tools required for the HVAC trade
• Strong customer-service and communication skills
• Ability to retain and apply technical knowledge in the field
• Self-motivated, dependable, and willing to take ownership of service calls

Preferred Experience

Experience working with communicating and inverter-driven systems is a plus
