Qualifications

• Experience making repair-versus-replacement recommendations.
• Willingness to maintain and invest in HVAC tools.
• Strong customer-service and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and dependable, ownership of service calls.
• Preferred: experience with inverter-driven systems.

We have an immediate opening for an experienced HVAC Service Technician. We are looking for a self-motivated technician who can work independently, communicate well with customers, and confidently diagnose and repair residential air conditioning systems.

Compensation

$27.00-$39.00 per hour, based on experience, technical ability, and performance

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. Technicians must also be available to participate in an on-call rotation as scheduled.

What You'll Do

• Service, maintain, diagnose, and repair residential air conditioning systems
• Troubleshoot electrical, refrigeration, airflow, and control-system issues

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of HVAC service experience
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record

• Strong troubleshooting skills across a variety of residential HVAC equipment
• Experience making repair-versus-replacement recommendations
• Willingness to maintain and invest in the tools required for the HVAC trade

• Self-motivated, dependable, and willing to take ownership of service calls

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with communicating and inverter-driven systems is a plus
