Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of residential HVAC service experience.
• EPA Certification required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and blueprints.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and system inspections.
• Recommend repair or replacement based on system condition and customer needs.
• Clearly explain findings and recommendations to homeowners.
• Maintain accurate service documentation, invoices, and work orders.
• Prepare material lists and coordinate project needs when applicable.
• Install and troubleshoot low-voltage control wiring.

• Diagnose system issues accurately using diagnostic tools and techniques
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and blueprints to troubleshoot systems effectively
• Provide honest and clear recommendations to customers regarding repairs and system upgrades
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies
• Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management

Skills and Qualifications
