Job Details

Pay Range: $32.00 - $48.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, with a low rotation on-call schedule.

Job Responsibilities

• Provides preventive maintenance on heating and cooling systems.
• Troubleshoots units that are not working and replaces defective parts.
• Installs refrigeration, air conditioning, heating, pneumatic control, and humidity control systems.
• Understanding and troubleshooting Rooftop Units, Air Handling Units, Wet Systems, Cooling Towers, VAV Boxes, Variable Frequency Drives.
• Builds strong customer relationships and understands customer needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial HVAC.
• Knowledge of HVAC theory, methods, tools, and equipment.
• EPA Universal certification.
• Knowledge of refrigeration, pneumatic/DDC control, and air conditioning systems.
• Basic electricity and control systems knowledge.
• Ability to read blueprints, specifications, and schematics.

Preferred Qualifications

• Chiller experience preferred.
• Experience with package units up to 60 tons.
