Job summary

Matlock Mechanical, LLC in Jackson, TN is seeking an Experienced HVAC Service Technician to diagnose and repair commercial and industrial HVAC systems. The role includes field service at manufacturing facilities and other large operations, with a focus on quality workmanship.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with overtime and on-call opportunities. Starting pay is $35+ per hour, based on experience, and benefits support ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of commercial or industrial HVAC service experience.
• EPA Universal 608 Certification.
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
• HVAC Technical School certification preferred.
• NATE Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair commercial and industrial HVAC equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and system troubleshooting.
• Ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Maintain accurate service documentation.
• Participate in an on-call rotation as needed.
