Job summary

Patriot Air in Fargo, ND is seeking an Experienced HVAC Service Tech to diagnose and repair residential and light commercial systems. The role offers 40 hours weekly, Monday–Friday, with a competitive pay range and a generous sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.

You will perform preventive maintenance, share clear findings with customers, and contribute to a supportive, family-style team that values growth and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC service and troubleshooting experience.
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record.
• EPA certification preferred; strong customer communication.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Perform preventive maintenance and seasonal tune-ups
• Explain findings and recommendations clearly to customers
• Deliver high-quality workmanship and excellent service
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
• Support and mentor less experienced technicians

Experienced HVAC Service Tech

Location: Fargo, ND

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour, based on experience

Schedule: 40 hours weekly, Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000 for Qualified Candidates!
