NEW COMFORT HEATING & COOLING in Brookville, OH is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Tech to diagnose and repair residential and light commercial systems. This full-time role offers 40+ hours weekly, a Monday–Friday schedule, and a competitive pay rate of $25–$30 per hour based on experience.

Formación

• Residential HVAC experience (2+ years) and EPA Universal Certification.
• HVAC trade school completion certificate required.
• Valid driver's license with insurable record.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
• NATE certification preferred; leadership experience a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections.
• Communicate recommendations clearly to customers.
• Complete service documentation accurately.
• Assist with training and development of other technicians.

Experienced HVAC Service Tech

Location: Brookville, OH

Compensation: $25 - $30 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule: 40+ hours weekly | Monday through Friday | Optional 4-10 workweek!

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Minimum of 2 years of residential HVAC service experience
• HVAC technical school completion certificate
• EPA Universal Certification
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service abilities
• NATE certification preferred
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
