Job summary

Benedict Sales & Service, Inc. is seeking a Service Technician HVAC-R in Wisconsin to maintain, repair, and install refrigeration, HVAC, and related equipment.

The role focuses exclusively on commercial, not residential work, with responsibilities including troubleshooting, reading schematics, and managing parts inventory. You will travel between job sites while performing in a fast-paced environment and support the Service Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Vocational/technical school training or apprenticeship preferred.
• Minimum one year of related refrigeration/HVAC experience required, two-years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots, repairs, and makes modifications to commercial mechanical equipment.
• Reads and understands technical drawings to repair/maintain equipment.
• Maintains inventory of replacement parts and orders replacements.
• Utilizes a computerized management system to record work progress and history.
