You’ll collaborate with builders and the Alta team to stay on schedule, train junior installers, and uphold honesty and craftsmanship that our customers expect.

Qualifications

• Install HVAC systems in new custom homes and multifamily projects with high quality.
• Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical plans, and spec sheets.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and accuracy on job sites.
• 5+ years of HVAC new construction installation experience required.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC systems in new custom homes & multifamily projects.
• Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical plans, and spec sheets.
• Install ductwork, furnaces, AC units, heat pumps, air handlers, and ventilation systems.
• Work with builders, superintendents, and Alta team to keep projects on schedule.
• Train or mentor junior installers when needed.
