Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; trade/tech HVAC certification preferred.
• Proven experience as an HVAC installer, especially in new construction.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and specifications.
• Proficient with HVAC components and installation procedures.
• Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC systems (heating, cooling, ventilation) in new construction projects (residential and commercial).
• Interpret blueprints, specifications, and job orders to determine work requirements and sequence of installations.
• Assemble, position, and mount HVAC equipment and ductwork per job specs.
• Connect and test components such as compressors, condensers, and thermostats.
• Ensure installations comply with safety regulations and local codes.
• Collaborate with electricians and plumbers for coordinated installation.
• Perform quality checks to verify system operation and functionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with HVAC installations as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and proper tool storage.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate with clients and team members.
• Adhere to company policies, safety protocols, and industry best practices.
