Job description

Owatonna Heating & Cooling has been dedicated to providing the best heating, ventilation, and air conditioning services to the Owatonna community for over 35 years. We are known for our quality work, prompt service, and friendly staff. We are currently seeking an Experienced HVAC Installer to join our team!

Position Summary: To install heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards, delivering a high-quality customer experience. Supervise other installers to ensure high-quality and timely job performance.

Work Hours: 40+ hours per week, Monday through Friday; occasional overtime; bi-monthly on-call required.

Pay: Up to $40.00 per hour, depending on experience, plus benefits.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• 5+ years of HVAC installation experience
• EPA certification
• NATE installation certification or obtained within 1 year of hire
• Proficient in HVAC design and installation of ductwork systems
• Strong understanding of refrigerant, gas, and electric furnaces, heat pumps, troubleshooting, and installation of residential and commercial systems
• Exceptional safety knowledge regarding tools, testing devices, and surroundings
• General knowledge of all HVAC low voltage systems
• Ability to test and balance systems
• Ability to train and supervise others
