Job Summary: Bauernfeind Goedtel is seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with sheet metal installation and all HVAC system installations including residential and commercial. The candidate should be able to follow daily procedures and maintain productivity throughout the day. The HVAC installer will work closely with multiple members of a crew and also individually. Strong communication skills and basic mechanical skills are needed for this position. There will be jobsite training and classes offered if needed.

Job Responsibilities:

• Follow daily procedures and maintain productivity
• Installation of sheet metal and HVAC systems according to specifications and schematics
• Communicate well with members of the jobsite crew
• Adhere to safety protocols while working in various environments

Position Reports to: Project Manager

Hours: 7:00am-3:30pm (hours may vary depending on job)

Location: Varies depending on project location, typically within a 60-air mile radius of Faribault, MN
