Description

Our growing HVAC company is looking for a problem solver with a can-do attitude and a proven record of installation experience in the HVAC field. You are an accomplished HVAC install tech who will meet clients at their home or place of business to troubleshoot, diagnose, and safely install a variety of HVAC equipment. You’ll also be responsible for installing indoor air quality and control systems. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must in this dynamic role, as you’ll be working with industry professionals and customers. You have the technical skills to read and apply blueprints, codes, and manuals to any job, and are comfortable with using HVAC power and hand tools to get the job done. Responsibilities

• Set up all heating, air conditioning, air quality, refrigeration, and control systems
• Tell customers how to properly use their new HVAC equipment
• Connect pipes or tubing from the equipment to the fuel, water, or refrigerant source
• Enter completed projects and the parts used into database

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC installation experience
• Must have required state and local HVAC technician licenses
• Basic understanding of electrical wiring and connections
• Earned HVAC school degree and 2+ years experience working in the field as an installer
• Candidate is comfortable working in attics and crawl spaces
• Excellent math, people, and problem-solving skills

Compensation

$55,000 - $85,000 yearly
