Pay: Up to $30.00 per hour, based on experience.

Position Summary: Install heating and air conditioning systems per company standards, delivering high-quality customer experiences. Supervise other installers to ensure quality and timely performance.

Work Hours: 40 hours/week, Monday-Thursday, 10-hour days, with 3-day weekends.

Required Qualifications:

• Prior installation experience, capable of completing jobs independently or with a helper.
• Proficiency in HVAC system design and ductwork installation.
• Knowledge of refrigerant, gas, and electric furnaces, heat pumps, troubleshooting, and residential/light commercial system installation.
• Ability to train and supervise others.
• Strong safety knowledge regarding tools, testing devices, and work environment.
• General knowledge of HVAC low-voltage systems.
• Ability to address customer complaints and provide beneficial solutions.
• Obtain and maintain current NATE certifications.
• Ability to test and balance systems.
• Understanding and application of all relevant codes for residential and light commercial systems.
