Job summary

East Coast Heating and Cooling in Maryland seeks an HVAC Installer to join the team for full-time, year-round work. Typical hours are 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM with overtime as needed.

You will install residential HVAC systems, including ducts and mini-splits, and support on-site coordination with customers. A license is preferred but not required; driving is involved.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HVAC installation experience preferred; training available for right candidate.
• MD Journeyman’s License preferred, not required.
• Self-starter who works independently with minimal supervision.
• Professional attitude with basic customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install residential HVAC systems, including changeouts, ductwork, and mini-splits.
• Perform light commercial installations as needed.
• Work alongside an apprentice/installer helper.
• Coordinate with Service Manager on day-to-day operations.
• Support team with basic communication and on-site coordination with customers.

Full-Time | Year-Round | $23–$38/hr (Based on Experience)

About the Job:

East Coast Heating and Cooling is looking for a skilled and motivated HVAC Installer to join our growing team. This is a full-time, year-round position with a standard schedule of 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, with overtime available as needed. If you take pride in clean, high-quality installations and appreciate a workplace that values trust and independence, you'll feel right at home.

What You’ll Do:

• Install residential HVAC systems, including changeouts, ductwork, and mini-splits
• Perform light commercial installations as needed
• Work alongside an apprentice/installer helper
• Coordinate with the Service Manager on day-to-day operationsSupport the team with basic communication and occasional coordination on-site with customers
• (Bonus) If you have experience with equipment startups and commissioning, we’d love to put those skills to use — but it’s not required

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of HVAC installation experience preferred, but we will train the right mid-level candidate
• MD Journeyman’s License preferred, not required
• Self-starter who works well independently with minimal supervision
• Personable, professional attitude with basic customer service skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
