Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and hands-on maintenance experience in building systems.
• Trade schooling or apprenticeship in electrical, HVAC or plumbing is preferred.
• Universal CFC certification and a valid driver's license required or obtainable shortly after hire.

Responsibilities

• Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime.
• Ensure building automation and life safety systems operate safely and efficiently.
• Complete inspections and due diligence to support client occupancy and operations.
