Job summary

Right at Home West Palm Beach is urgently hiring compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Home Health Aides (HHA) to care for the elderly and acute care patients in Vero Beach, Sebastian, Fort Pierce and Port St Lucie.

Join a team with flexible schedules, ongoing education, referral bonuses, and Caribou Rewards. You will assist with daily living, hygiene, meals, mobility, and vital signs while following nurse orders.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle with insurance.
• Pass drug test, background check and written competency evaluation.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with the elderly or frail population.
• Preferred: Experience with Alzheimer’s or Dementia.
• TB test or Chest X-ray required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living and provide companionship.
• Assist with personal hygiene, including bathing, care of mouth, skin, and hair.
• Perform light housekeeping activities.
• Provide ambulation and transferring assistance as needed.
• Plan and prepare meals.
• Drive clients to appointments as needed
• Medication reminders
• Take and record vitals as needed
• Follow nurses orders for Hospital at Home program
