Right at Home Miami Metro, FL is seeking compassionate CNAs and HHAs to join our in-home care team serving Port St. Lucie and surrounding areas.

You will assist clients with daily living activities, mobility, meals, light housekeeping, and companionship in their homes. We offer competitive pay, flexible schedules, paid training, travel time between clients, overtime and holiday pay, mileage reimbursement, and direct deposit.

Competenze

• CNA license or HHA certificate required.
• Valid Driver License or State ID.
• Background check and drug screen may be required.
• Ability to perform personal care and daily living activities.
• Experience with Alzheimer's, HIV care and medications CEU.

Essential Functions:

Performs personal care activities that assist the patient with activities of daily living. These could include (but are not limited to):

• Personal Hygiene
• Ambulation/Transfers
• Dressing/Shaving
• Prepares meals and snacks according to instructions
• Accompany patient on errands or medical appointments

Performs housekeeping activities which include (but are not limited to): vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors, doing dishes, changing bed linens, doing laundry and cleaning bathroom

Performs patient-specific activities. These could include (but are not limited to):

• Providing hospice supportive care
• Medication reminders
• Assisting with exercises
• Incontinence care
• Use lifting equipment such as gait belts and Hoyer lifts

Preferred Experience in:

• Hoyer lift
• Personal care
• Range of Motion Exercises
• Companionship
• Light cleaning

Requirements:

• CNA license or HHA Certificate (HHAs - Must have badge from Palm Beach County - no exceptions!)
• Valid Driver License or State Photo ID
• Second form of ID (SSN, Passport, Voter's Registration, etc.)
• Auto Insurance
• CPR Card (cannot be an online class)
• TB or Chest X-ray
• Level 2 Fingerprint Background check
• Alzheimer's, HIV, and Assisting with medications CEU
• 1 letter of recommendation
