Stand Out Home Care is hiring experienced caregivers in Tennessee to provide in-home care that keeps clients safe, comfortable, and independent. We serve private-pay clients and VA/CHOICES participants, with flexible schedules and opportunities to grow with the company as it expands.

Expected responsibilities include daily living assistance, mobility support, meal prep, light housekeeping, medication reminders, companionship, and coordination with care plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED required
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to complete background and compliance screenings

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living
• Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care
• Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Medication reminders
• Companionship and supervision
• Running errands and assisting with daily routines
• Following individualized client care plans
• Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment
• Reporting changes in a client's condition to the appropriate team member
