Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking an experienced HOA attorney in Houston, TX to support the property owner association practice. The attorney will prepare and organize legal documents, amend governing documents, ensure compliance with state law, and manage lawsuits when necessary.

The role reports to the managing partner and serves as in-house corporate counsel for assigned HOA clients, coordinating with clients and staff to maintain high standards of legal service.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice in Texas and the Southern District of Texas.
• Proficient with MS Office and standard legal software.
• Able to maintain a full-time, in-person working schedule.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong writing and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Customer service oriented and approachable.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
