Job summary

WM is seeking an Experienced Heavy Equipment Operator for an on-site role at our King George, VA facility. The position offers stable hours, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for training and career growth.

Responsibilities include operating heavy equipment such as bulldozers, scrapers, and front-end loaders, with safety and reliability as top priorities. Applicants must meet experience and eligibility requirements and be able to work Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience operating heavy equipment.
• Be over 18 years of age.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without accommodations.
• Successfully complete and pass pre-employment drug screen and physical.

Responsibilities

• Operates heavy equipment in compliance with safety policies and procedures.
• Conducts routine equipment inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Moves and positions raw materials with material moving equipment.
• Follows standard operating procedures for vehicle operation and maintenance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
