Candidates must have at least 2 years of verifiable heavy equipment experience, Texas Class C license (A CDL preferred), be willing to travel and work extended hours, and comply with OSHA safety rules.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of verifiable heavy equipment experience.
• Valid Texas Class C Driver License; Class A CDL preferred.
• Willingness to travel and work extended hours, including nights and holidays.
• Commitment to safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment safely (Backhoe, Loader, Excavator, Roller, Dozer, Grader, etc.).
• Maintain equipment safety and perform daily inspections.
• Lubricate points and report maintenance needs.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and plans.
• Communicate effectively with crew and foremen.
• Work overtime as project schedules require.
• Be punctual, dependable and team-oriented.
• Pass pre-employment and ongoing screenings including drug testing.
