• The preferred applicant for this position will have experience operating Dozers, Excavators, Articulated Dump Trucks, and Front-End Loaders.

M-F 4:00am-4:00pm every other Saturday

Note: Applicants with forklift, cherry picker, and/or skid steer operation must have additional heavy equipment experience (referenced above) to be considered.

Job Summary

Operate a variety of heavy equipment to construct landfills, open/close cells, site maintenance, and mining.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment in compliance with safety policies.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance; keep accurate records.
• Move raw materials and finished components using material handling equipment.
• Follow standard operating procedures for operating and maintaining vehicles.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: None required.
• Other Skills: None required.

Work Environment

• Physical coordination, occasional lifting under 30 pounds.
• Exposure to dirt, odors, noise, weather extremes most of the day.
• Work setting: shop or field.
