Job summary

PSTC is seeking a skilled technician to maintain and repair trucks from class 5 through class 8 and RVs per OEM guidelines. You will diagnose, repair, and test drive to verify proper operation, while documenting work and maintaining clean, safe work areas.

Preferred candidates hold a CDL and ASE Master Heavy Duty Truck Technician certification or Freightliner training completion, with strong problem-solving and time-management skills to meet warranty standards.

Qualifications

• 2 years in commercial vehicle repair or related field.
• CDL preferred; may be required for operation of vehicles.
• ASE Master Heavy Duty Truck Technician certification preferred or Freightliner Training completed.
• Familiarity with OEM guidelines and warranty procedures.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair truck systems on class 5–8 vehicles and RVs.
• Test drive and inspect to ensure proper operation after repairs.
• Follow work order instructions and maintain accurate time punches.
• Keep work area clean and maintain customer vehicle cleanliness during service.
• Complete Freightliner or equivalent trainings as required.
• Adhere to safety, quality standards, and warranty procedures.
