Job description

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems including furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and ductless units.
  • Perform system tune‑ups, inspections, and preventive maintenance.
  • Identify opportunities for system upgrades, replacements, or efficiency improvements.
  • Accurately document service activities, parts used, and recommendations using company software.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, explaining technical issues and solutions in a clear, friendly manner.
  • Adhere to safety procedures, company policies, and local HVAC codes and regulations.
  • Participate in on‑call rotation for after‑hours service (as scheduled).
  • Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in excellent working order.
