Job Summary: We are seeking a talented Hair Stylist to join our team, providing customers with flawless haircuts and hairstyles and helping them to look their best! As a Hair Stylist, you will provide haircuts using French and advanced techniques. You’ll discuss the best products and hairstyles for each individual client’s needs and preferences. Most importantly, you will make it your goal to ensure that every customer leaves our salon feeling great about their new cut and happy with the services you provided.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate and foster a culture of positivity
• Show up looking fashionable with a great attitude
• Work side by side assisting a master stylist and supporting their guests
• Rebook and recommend retail to every guest to maintain style
• Help keep a positive atmosphere by interacting with guests and collaborating with team members
• Help train proteges by setting a good example and educating them during the day
• Maintain a clean and refreshing environment for all guests

Qualifications:

• You have a current state cosmetology license
• Have a desire to learn and grow in French hairdressing, attending all salon educational events and team celebrations
• You love this craft and feel rewarded when serving a guest well
